Known for his use of profanity as much as his culinary skill celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is one of the main attractions at this year's Good Food and Wine Show.
At this year’s event there are a number of celebrity chefs, including the aforementioned Ramsay, who will be sharing their tricks of the trade in the Good Food and Wine Show Celebrity Theatre. Tobi Puttock will host a session entitled The Italian Job imparting some useful tips on how to prepare Italian cuisine. Puttock began his career at Melbourne’s Caffe e Cucina and was a chef at the Hotel Florence in Lake Como, Italy. But perhaps his greatest claim to fame is as Head Chef of the first Fifteen Restaurant – Jamie Oliver’s restaurant project in London. Respected Sydney chef, and one of the stars of reality TV shows, The Chopping Block and My Restaurant Rules, Matt Moran will host the aptly named Sharpen Your Knives workshop. He and business partner Peter Sullivan are on their third restaurant which opened ten years ago - Aria at Sydney’s Circular Quay. And Gordon Ramsay will host the Gordon Ramsay Live sessions held daily throughout the show. Rizzo will host three different sessions a day with topics as varied as:
