The 2007 Grand Parades at the Sydney Royal Easter Show will showcase the winners in a spectacular display.
The Grand Parade is a spectacular event at the Sydney Royal Easter Show. It is a traditional highlight loved by young and old alike. Established as an event in 1907, the Grand Parade is a well choreographed display of the prize winning animals at the show, including livestock, horses, riders and horse drawn vehicles. The competitors take great pride in leading and riding their animals in the Grand Parade and for them it is also a highlight of the Easter Show.
The Grand Parade is a favourite event and in 2007 the show celebrates 100 years of the Grand Parade, which will be highlighted during the event. The parade will not only be a celebration of this years fine competitors, but also a tribute to the exhibitors of the past.
Grand Parade Times
The Sydney Royal Easter Show will have its official opening ceremony and 100th anniversary Grand Parade on Wednesday April 11 from 4.45pm-5.25pm.
Three more Grand Parades will take place during the 14-day show on:
Friday April 13 at 4.05pm-4.45pm
Saturday April 14 at 4.10pm-4.50pm
Monday April 16 at 3.50pm-4.30pm

The Sydney Royal Easter Show provides visitors with a snapshot of rural Australian life by showcasing Australian agriculture at its very best and includes a fun and exciting combination of displays, entertainment, competitions, parades, fireworks and activities.
