The highlights of the Sydney Royal Easter Show, Sydney, New South Wales, provide visitors with a snapshot of rural Australian life by showcasing Australian agriculture at its very best and includes a fun and exciting combination of displays, entertainment, competitions, parades, fireworks and activities.

Displays are centred around the Woolworths Fresh Food Dome with delicious tastings, cooking demonstrations and Australian made products for sale.
The Shed is a fine live music venue. In 2007 You Am I, Something For Kate, Josh Pyke, Ash, mental As Anything, Angus and Julia Stone and Killing Heidi perform.
These areas offer entertainment for children, teens and young adults including activities, displays, and live music.
The Home, Garden and Lifestyle area is dominated by businesses displaying and demonstrating their wares. The opportunity to purchase items at special show prices is very attractive.

Show bags are a traditional element of the Sydney Royal Easter Show with over 300 different types available. The bags range in price from $5 through to $40 and contain anything from novelty items and confectionary to useful home-wares and stationery. The carnival offers thrilling rides and entertaining sideshows and games of chance.
